Three of my clients are building new homes right now. We're working with #Beazer Homes, #Lennar, and #Eastwood. Today I visited the home sites and sent picture updates to my clients so they can see the progress. Because it's one more thing I can do to create a stress-less real estate experience.
The importance of communication in a real estate transaction cannot be understated. Everyone is more at ease when they know what's going on - even if things aren't going well. My goal in every client relationship is to keep the communication flowing. This keeps the referrals coming.
