Over 5 acres just outside of Jamestown. Cleared down to the ground and painted with that green stuff you golfers love. Grass. Way Too much grass for me to cut. I would rather put up a white horse fence all the way around it, move in a couple horses, 3 goats, and a pig that makes funny noises when you rub it's belly. Maybe a donkey. A little one. Like a mini Donkey. Do they make those? I want one. This is a huge yard. Imagine all the blow up Christmas yard ornaments you could fill this yard with! But, your goats will probably eat them. So don't do that. This is what I think of when I see this place. What comes to your mind? What would you do with it? Fix up the home or build a bigger one in front of it? Let's talk about it.
