Cane Bay Plantation in Summerville is exploding right now. This master-planned community has been under construction for more than 10 years, and it is still one of the fastest growing communities in the country.
I'm spending a lot of time there right now, as I have two buyers building new homes and will have three sellers on the market as of Friday. I'm sold on Cane Bay Plantation, but let me show you why you should take a closer look at Cane Bay and my new listing: 510 Cinder Court.
Cane Bay has its own elementary school, middle school, and high school. There are miles and miles of walking trails that wind throughout the community. Each subsection has its own swimming pool and play area. A YMCA is coming soon. It has a Publix grocery store and other services at its entrance. And a new exit off of I-26 is going to make it a lot more accessible for commuters.
So now you have an idea about the community, let's focus on the house and what it has to offer.
For starters, there are very few one-story homes available for sale in Cane Bay right now. If you want more than three bedrooms, you have almost no options. This home has four bedrooms PLUS a finished room over the garage, which could possibly be a fifth bedroom. To buy a new one-story home this size in Cane Bay, it would cost you well over $300,000.
